'This hotel could be a pearl in Sandton, however, the photos of the property hide investment in maintenance. One of only a few hotels we’ve stayed in which has so few sockets for charging a laptop or indeed a phone. We found blood on the tiles in one of the two bathrooms in the 2 bedroom suite. The pigeons enjoyed our jacuzzi on the enormous balcony. We certainly weren’t going to get into that tub. A disappointing stay which didn’t meet our expectations. '

'Very unique guest house, staff extremely service minded, very silent and safe location only a 10 minutes walk away from town square where you find a huge number of good restaurants and cafes. 'The place is not at all clean dust everywhere, insects in the bathroom, a broken bathroom door, the linen had stains and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while, the general smell is not pleasant, as you walk in there is a dirty towel at the door for shoe wiping instead of a ma, the bathroom is filthy with grime and a disgusting drain. 'The lodge is very conveniently located next to the airport. They have a free shuttle. Breakfast was good with eggs of your choice freshly made, toast, fruit, yoghurt and cereals. The family room was spacious with a king sized bed and two singles. The swimming pool looked nice and there was a playground for the children as well. Staff was very friendly and flexible. We needed to leave quite early for the airport and they started breakfast for us half hour earlier. We had a good overnight stay...

'Upon arrival after being told I could not cancel There were bugs flying, no AC , pool dirty absolutely not as described. I refused to stay and was promised to get 4/5 nights refunded . I could not stay there and the description was truly not what was shown. '
