'The air conditioner made horrible banging noises waking us up (room 543) my son was in 544 and his air conditioner grate dripped. I told him I’d take the drip over the clacking and banging every time it clicked on. The floors were not clean. It all looked like management needs to supervise house keeping and maintenance better.'

'we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again'
