'Lovely finished basement studio suite with a walkout door to backyard. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of parking spots, so no competing for a place and no worries about safety. Hosts placed filtered water in fridge and a welcome gift. Very thoughtful and kind. The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. I slept well and went about my business. Central location was perfect for canyon access and downtown visits. I look forward to returning. '

'We loved our stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to everything we needed. The hosts were responsive. The garage was handy and both vehicles fit. There was plenty of space for food that we brought. It was nice to have separate AC for the upstairs bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go back again. '

'We had a great stay. The location has great access to freeway and many local areas. The owner and host were very responsive, helpful, and guest oriented with questions and concerns that we had, preventing any issues we ran into from ruining the trip for us. We would absolutely stay there again.'

'Great little place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. About 7 minutes from BYU campus. Exactly what we needed for a short stay. '

'Updated and modern with great layout. The street is quite busy, but noise is manageable with the windows closed. Only drawback is lack of outdoor space except the deck off of the primary bedroom. '

'Smooth and easy check in. The unit was clean, quiet, and very well equipt kitchen (they even had a cork screw). The beds and sofas were comfy. We will probably book again when in Salt Lake. '
