« We were supposed to check out at 10 AM, and everyone was still sleeping. But at 8 AM, very loud noises suddenly started. It felt like the whole roof was shaking and the house might fall down. We went outside and saw that workers were cleaning the roof. No one told us anything about this before. When we asked the cleaning manager, he said the landlord booked this cleaning two weeks ago, but we, the guests, were never informed. « We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. »

« We traveled to the Woodstock area for a show @ Levon Helm's barn and stayed @ the Tiny House retreat as a birthday gift for my husband. It was exactly as pictured, but the photos couldn't do justice to or capture the coziness of the space! It had absolutely everything we needed for our short stay, and had we been able to stay longer, we would have loved to! Waking up to snow and some special visitors (lots of deer right outside the window!) was a special treat! »

« Just got back from a great girls' trip where we stayed one night. The house was perfect for the eight of us- clean, comfortable and modern. The house may not look like much on the outside but inside t's beautiful - clearly the host put thought into the details. The living room/dining room was perfect for us to hang out in and we never felt cramped. Our only complaint- and it was a big one for our group- was the hot tub took hours to heat and wasn't at the correct temperature until we were ready...

« Great location…we walked to the Saturday Farmers Market and to the little shops in Highland Falls. Definitely recommend Andy’s for breakfast and Westy’s for a great hangout place in the evenings. Don’t miss the history of West Point! »

« stayed at the house for 2 nights this past week. my gf and i got to the area about 30 minutes earlier than the actual check-in time and i contacted the host if it would be ok to check in at the time. the host was very generous and let us in. great way to start the trip. the place was very clean and well maintained. screen projector was super useful. also, a great location if you like hiking and plan to visit wineries. what i liked the most was the atmosphere. fresh clean air and the quietness....

« A beautiful and spacious home, very clean and amenities I didn’t expect ( extra toothbrushes, coffee, coffee syrups). The beds were comfortable, good water pressure, and kitchen well stocked. The windows let in so much beautiful light ( and curtains for when we didn’t need the light!) Watching the sunrise onto the winery while sipping coffee was a highlight of my stay! Joseph responded to our questions and checkout was easy. Our family was very comfortable here and we hope to stay here again. »

« We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!! »
