Villa Mutabor offers you a meeting and holiday home that will provide you a cozy home while discovering the charms of the island of Usedom. The house is a 2004 newly renovated villa of resort architecture from 1913. The building is Grade II listed and many of the original features have been preserved and restored. Great emphasis was placed on largely natural building materials and an environmentally friendly operation. Therefore, the apartments are all different in cut and decor. - NO SMOKING - Smoking is only possible outside the house. On the courtyard side there is a communal terrace with tables and sun loungers and a small green area with a swing and sandpit for the little ones. On request, cot and high chair, in limited numbers, are available free of charge. There are 4 parking spaces on your own property. Public parking (cont. Fee) is available in the resort. For brought or rented bicycles a closed shed is available. Until the end of 2019: For train travelers, the original equipment costs bed linen and towels 10, - € per person. Otherwise towels and bed linen are to be brought along or rented on request for 14, - € per person / Mietwäschepaket. A rental linen package includes: bed linen incl. Sheets, bath towel (beach), two kl. Towels, shower towel and kitchen towel. But by 2020, guests generally need to bring their own sheets and towels! Washing machine use and dryer for a fee is possible. Throughout the year, various seminars, such as Ex. Fasting, wholefood, Nordic walking, yoga, painting etc. offered. For the offer for a group booking (separate rental conditions, direct request to the landlord), there are two seminar rooms = common areas, one with TV and radio. In the hallway is a general. accessible freezer, where every frozen food can be stored.   Newcomers should first approach from Schulstraße. - The rear driveway with parking spaces to Villa Mutabor is located between the Ahlbeck citizen meeting and the Mercedes car dealership Kruse (access from the Lindenstraße - main street).   Pets (up to 2 dogs or cats) are only allowed on request in apartments no. 2 and 4. The fee for this is in the high season and mid season at 5, - € / day / animal and in the off season at 3, - € / day / animal.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
