Cook up a feast in the evening with the fully fitted kitchen, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Outside, a small seating area offers the ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon drink during the summer months.



The cottage includes a comfortable double bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.



Located at the quieter end of Praa Sands beach (Ashton side) is Noel Cottage - a charming, one-bedroom, ground floor cottage with private parking. The accommodation is set over one floor with just one step up into the bedroom. Staying at Noel, you are just a few short minutes\' walk downhill to the beach with easy access onto the surrounding coastal footpath.



The Noel can be booked together with Lesceave Cottage, which accommodates an additional four guests across two bedrooms. Lesceave Cottage offers panoramic sea views and is an excellent choice for larger family groups. Please note that access is shared between both properties.
