Possible to add on another villa with 4 more bedrooms for a total of 12 overnight guests.



The Space:

With The Barn Villa’s off-grid cutting-edge technology, innovative architecture, designer amenities and comfortable furnishings, you'll enjoy being closer to nature in the most convenient way.



The Barn offers two lavishly appointed bedrooms with organic Avocado Green mattresses, Frette luxury linens and pillow sachets filled with fragrant garden flowers. The two baths are overlooking the redwood trees and the lush forest. The Barn's chef’s kitchen boasts with state-of-the-art appliances and tools to help you enjoy preparing your meals with your fully-stocked pantry, coffee essentials and a freshly brewed tea steeping perfectly on your arrival. Practice in your private 1200-sq. ft indoor fitness center filled with gym and yoga equipments. You can also enjoy the heated outdoor porch overlooking the beautiful garden that you can enjoy all year round.



Spending time on your outdoor spa bath, Japanese Tea garden, and elevated fire pit while watching the enchantingly peaceful landscape is all part of The Barn experience.



In addition to its meticulous details, The Barn house is a magical getaway located on a 120-acre ranch that is all yours to freely roam around during your leisure time! Enjoy the indoor and outdoor facilities, including the tranquil beauty of our garden, private lake and hiking trails.

You can also make the most of your retreat by joining the farming activities, where you can learn bio-dynamic farming practices and have hands-on experience harvesting and planting. Get to know different medicinal herbs such as thyme, rosemary and lemon balm to name a few, and have fun making your own tea blends!



The Garden offers a wide variety of activities for you and your family. Start your day by picking fruits and edible flowers in the garden. You’ll be treated with the sweetest plums, golden berries, raspberries, apples, figs and many more during harvest season!

New Tree Ranch is dedicated to sustainability of agricultural and forest lands. Some of the regenerative and sustainable experiences include , tea making, bee rewilding, compost making, building living soils, sowing microgreens, tree planting & reforestation, and many more! Guests can also book optional regenerative experiences at an extra cost such as private chef, massage, wine tours and more! Confirmed bookings will receive the experience menu with the list of our preferred guides and their rates. The list also includes the self-guided experiences and outdoor facilities that the guests can enjoy at NewTree Ranch without extra cost.

The Barn Villa has two flights of stairs and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
