'Limited distance to the beach and pier was the reason of selection. With this in mind it is great value for money. People were friendly, but reception is not always present as this is a B&B. Lack of breakfast room was compensated with roomservice for a small extra. Well worth the money. Room was very small but clean and toilet in the hall was in line with the price.'

'Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay '

'Het hotel bestaat uit 4 kamers en slechts 3 parkeerplaatsen. Geen ontbijtservice en de aangegeven locatie er schuin tegenover, voor het ontbijt, is ronduit slecht, zegt ook de hotel eigenaar. De volgende locatie ligt op een 10 minuten rijden en hebben slechts 'A full English breakfast', geen licht ontbijt. Kamer 2 is een leuke 3 persoonskamer, met een kabouterdeur om binnen te komen, mini douche en toiletruimte zonder werkende ventilator. Het bed was goed, de ventilator aan het plafond erg...
