Vacation Apartment "Bayerwaldtraum" with Pool and Wi-Fi

The "Bayerwaldtraum" vacation apartment is located in Hauzenberg in the picturesque Passau region, offering the perfect base for a relaxing nature getaway. The 60 m² accommodation is suitable for up to 4 guests and a baby, featuring a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a pull-out bed, and a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom provides towels and toiletries.



For your relaxation, you have access to a shared heated outdoor pool, an indoor pool (daily 8:00–20:00), and a sauna (daily 16:00–20:00). Enjoy the fresh Bavarian Forest air on your private terrace. Families will find a ping-pong table, toys and books for children, and a playground.



The apartment offers Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a parking space directly at the house. For little ones, a baby crib and high chair are available. A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



Located on the edge of the Bavarian Forest, you’ll find many hiking trails right outside your door. Freudensee is about a 10-minute walk away, and Passau is just a 30-minute drive. Public transport is also nearby.



Dogs are welcome—up to 2 pets may accompany you, with an extra charge per pet and night. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
