'Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price.'

'Wow. Just wow. Both the garden view rooms and the beachfront view rooms were beautiful. Sometimes the angles and the photographer are “creative”, lol, but not here. It’s the real deal. If you ask, you can get a beachfront room with direct walk up access to one of the pools, or a direct walk up to a garden. 'Waves is a beautiful resort on a beautiful island, but what makes it really special are the incredible staff who go above and beyond for every guest staying with them. Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Ether, and everyone working in the Seascape restaurant, treated us like family and made our daughter feel like she was going downstairs to visit her aunties for every meal. Tamisha and the rest of the front desk staff were incredibly helpful as we navigated public transport and tried to see as much of Barbados...

'I loveeeeed the resort. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. The nightly entertainment was excellent. The only thing I’ll say is the food takes a little long to get to the table BUT once you get it it’s absolutely delicious every time.'

'Gorgeous beaches Small resort but cozy and clean. Newly renovated so everything is nice. Food selection is bare minimum and not always catering to vegans. Nightly entertainment only some nights and ends by 9:30 pm. Shelley was amazing and attentive but other staff sometimes ignores you.'

'Glorious beach, incredible water! The views!!! This was our second time at the Fairmont Royal Pavillion and will absolutely not be the last. Housekeeping staff were amazing and our room was immaculately cleaned every day. Restaurant staff were mixed, some were really lovely, some were a little unfriendly, but all in all we felt taken care of. Breakfast was good.
