'Grosse Pointe is an established neighborhood with lots of trees, sidewalks, and great architecture from yesteryear! This particular house was older but very, very clean and well maintained even though there was some quirkiness from updates over the years. It is a warm and inviting place with lots of spaces to get alone, or to be together. We loved every minute! The neighborhood is very walkable and there is good shopping as well as some really excellent restaurants nearby...
