« Booked last minute and this was our first stay here. We were very happy with the both the cabin, the surroundings and the proximity to Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. There are multiple cabins in the compound and this would be the perfect location for several couples planning to visit the area but who don't want to share a multi-room house. The cellular reception was spotty at best, and the lack of printed instructions meant we didn't get "departure instructions" of what we were supposed to do before leaving until after we left. « Please confirm with this host that the hot tub is working. It was not. They did not inform us. It’s listed in the property title. When we inquired afterward about the non working tub, they insinuated we’d be receiving some form of compensation. We received the cleaning fee back. It’s in the middle of nowhere.
