Wonderful communication with the owner. Quiet country farm location. The cabin was clean with all the essentials, good water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed to sleep. We would come here again!

The property was beautiful and Rachel was pleasant. She was helpful with us getting lost trying to find the house and totally accommodating. Her dogs were super nice and the animals were all fun to watch.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay on the farm. It was relaxing to watch the goats, chickens and sheep right outside our windows and from our porch! We were able to walk about as we chose to visit the animals. The dogs were friendly and happy to greet us as well. Rachel was very nice and available if we needed anything.

The perfect place to get away from the city! The house is very clean and cozy. The kids were welcomed to help on the farm. They loved learning and experiencing new things. Perfect place to explore or sit and gaze at the stars. We will definitely be returning to this peaceful property. Just a short drive to Fredericksburg, the river, or fun state parks! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The cabin and farm were a delight. We could watch the animals through our window and from the porch. A baby goat was born during our stay, so we got to see it frolic and play. There are 3 major trail systems nearby: South LLano River State Park, Schreiner's park in Kerrville, and Enchanted Rock. I would definitley stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place to unplug and relax. Sat on the porch reading books until it was too dark with no mosquitoes and only hummingbirds buzzing around. The dogs and goats were really friendly and Rachel was a gracious host. Highly recommended for a getaway.

Waking up to multiple rooster, chickens, goats, dogs (Red and Jake), cat, sheep, guinea fowl, and the extraordinary swarm of HUMMINGBIRDS on the porch every morning was a treat! Laid in hammocks at night and saw sooooo many stars you don’t see in the city! Rachel gave us some fresh eggs! She and her family were such a delight! I was a little apprehensive when we first pulled up since it was on another property but it did not disappoint! We had our 2 college age daughters, a boyfriend and our 10 year old. Plenty of space for us and location was key for what we wanted to do. Communication was key and we had a blast. Thanks!!

We loved staying in this adorable little cabin. The property was quiet and secluded. If you want privacy, this is the place! Also, being on a working farm was really cool. The goats were friendly and it was great getting to see the lambs and baby goats. Cuteness overload! About a 30 minute drive to Fredericksburg. May be too far out for some people, but it was great for us.

The Tinyhouse and farm is awesome! Highly recommended. Rachel is super helpful and does great with communicating. Animals were such a great addition to our stay. Would be great for a family with little kids. Highly recommended!

Huge fenced in property, perfect for dogs. We have stayed several times on this property and always bring our 3 dogs. They love the outdoors and love the farm animals even more. Quaint tiny home, perfect for two adults and a loft for kids

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing to sit on the front porch and watch all of the animals. The owner was very helpful. We arrived after dark and very good communication with the owener to get us there, along with putting a lighted sign out by the gate.

First time renting a cabin in the country, it was different and nice. A little further out than I thought from Fredericksburg, we left a day earlier (nothing to do with the property). Overall a good experience, owner was very gracious and accomodating.

We were looking for a place to get away and this was perfect for us since we are animals lovers. Part of me hasn’t wanted to write this review because I don’t want the word getting out about our new found oasis! 🤣 Everything was exactly as described. Rachel, the host, is wonderful. If you’re looking for somewhere to get away from the city and just relax this is the place.

Nice, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. Good location right in the heart of the hill country. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is very well-equipped. We plan on staying here again!

The listing says tiny house but it was much bigger than I had imagined. Nice sized bedroom and living area. The kitchen is nice too. Bathroom worked fine for me and my husband. Wonderful water pressure for the shower. Upstairs is sleeping for 3. Cute goats and dogs. Lots of chickens too. They have the run of the farm. The yard around the tiny house is fenced off from the critters. It’s very quiet at night.

Wonderful property, very clean, easy to find. The host was excellent! It was the most wonderful relaxing place, we didn't even leave the place on Sunday, we chose to enjoy the wildlife and the peace of this beautiful property. The host was helpful and had alot of things in the home to make our stay easy and very comfortable., and was available if we needed anything. We would reccommend this place highly if you feel the need to enjoy the country and only 30 minutes from Fredricksburg.

We had such a wonderful experience! Rachel and family are so welcoming. Hanging out with all the farm animals was so relaxing! This place is a must stay if you are looking to get out of the crazy city and get in touch with nature.

This is the place to stay for rest and relaxation. Be sure to interact with the working dogs and the goats! Be sure to look at the night sky with almost zero light pollution. Rachel was a wonderful host- very friendly and kind. The tiny house is very comfortable and homey to stay in. I can’t wait to go back!

House was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed being able to run around outside and pet the goats. It is pretty far out from normal every day conveniences so be sure to bring what you need! Overall nice getaway and glad we stayed there.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Clean and perfect size space for myself, husband, and son. We loved seeing the goats and chickens! Farm fresh eggs were a huge bonus too. The owner was gracious and hospitable, we felt that she was available if needed, but also gave us privacy and welcomed us to experience her beautiful property. Definitely recommend.

I was looking for a spring break stay that would be somewhat private (for safety) but also offer something that would draw my 12-year olds boys away from their electronics. They love animals, so...this ended up being the perfect getaway for us! Watching my kids interact with the goats and dogs for hours outdoors was such a relief. One of my boys was on a mission to feed the goats, specifically a momma goat who recently gave birth to triplets. He thought she felt a little boney and wanted to “fatten her up.” We nicknamed her “Big Mama.” We also made a couple of trips into Fredericksburg, but the highlight for us was definitely the farm!

We live in San Antonio and were looking for a getaway not far from home. Rachel is a wonderful hostess, friendly and warm without being intrusive. We loved the dogs, goats, chickens, and guineas. Our kids (teens) were able to milk one of the goats, an experience they will never forget. The house itself is super cute, cozy and comfortable. So glad to have found this place. Thanks for everything, Rachel!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! It was peaceful and very relaxed. The house was well appointed and the hostess was great. The goats were so entertaining 😂, we could have watched them for hours! The house has a nice fenced yard that our puppy enjoyed. I would recommend this property!

Very relaxing farm atmosphere. You may choose to pet the goats and dogs if you would like. The guineas are particularly entering when they have races around the barn. Please feel free to insert your own commentary on the race! Rachel is super nice.

This beautiful little house exceeded our expectations. Looking for a getaway in the country and found the perfect place. Real working farm with lots of friendly farm animals to enjoy. Hostess was great. Will be back.

Completely cute tiny house that fit our needs. My husband and I came in the night of a snowstorm and the roads were covered with snow! This farm is out in the country, and it's very dark, so you could easily miss their gate. I was able to text back and forth and even call Rachel, and she was very responsive! I love that. When we arrived, the house had the heat on and smelled wonderful. Wifi worked great. There is a stovetop, microwave, and a keurig. We enjoyed watching several of the movies from the movie collection. (FYI, there's no remote, so for the DVDs that have 2 parts, just let it keep playing and it will auto start. We figured that out, ha!) You're on a little working farm, so the animals are all around you. So fun to see! This little house has its own fenced yard that keeps them out. We felt that our privacy was respected and the hosts, when outside, greeted us kindly. The host makes her own soap from goat's milk. They sell goats milk and eggs and well. I was sure to buy a soap myself. We enjoyed our stay.

Rachel was courteous & friendly, we very much enjoyed the peace & quiet of staying outside of Fredericksburg in Harper. We also appreciated the goats & Sue (local dog), fun to pet them. Home was very clean & cozy, just what we were looking for. Also enjoyed the home made goat soap!

I had the loveliest stay in this peaceful cabin surrounded by beautiful landscapes and adorable farm animals. It's a fairly quick drive into Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Luckenbach or Boerne for fun day trips, with tons of options for restaurants, shops, wineries, breweries and distilleries all around. Sitting in one of the comfy lawn chairs and watching the goats graze during sunset was definitely a highlight for me. It was the perfect getaway from city life. I hope to return very soon.
