'All of the staff was excellent, and the room was clean & comfortable. I needed to stay for a couple of nights to be near the hospital so I didn't spend a large amount of time at the property. There were some noisy guests during my stay & elevator techs were servicing the property when I arrived, but this was the smallest inconvenience that & not a big deal at all. Can't say enough positive things about the front desk & breakfast crew -- really made a positive impact when I needed it the most....

'This is our second stay at this hotel and, as always, we were impressed. Customer service is always amazing, hotel to include the room was very clean and the location is central and close to everything in Temple. Our stay was over 4th of July weekend and we were only 12 minutes away from the location of city drone and firework show. We will be staying here every time we visit Temple. '

'We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Temple – Medical Center Area and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect—conveniently close to the hospital and everything else we needed during our trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and I really appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night. We got some of the best rest we’ve had in a while! One thing that really stood...

'The gentlemen at the desk were great. The breakfast is wonderful! Our room was next the the elevator and was very quiet. Would have been nice if they would have cleaned it after the 1st night though. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay'

'Really clean and friendly staff. Only complaint was the height of the bed. I am 5’2” and I had to grab a handful of the bottom sheet and pull myself up in the bed. Once I got in the bed was very comfortable!!'
