'Nice, newer hotel with a very helpful woman at the front desk. I would definitely stay there again.'

'First off the guy that checked me in was really nice. He deserves a raise! Now for the problem. We were in a room with a jacuzzi. The cold water would not come on because the screw was stripped out. Some man came in there 4 times trying to fix it instead of just giving us another room. Finally, he realized he couldn't fix it so he had no choice but to change rooms. We were in 102. He moved us to 104. The new room was 100 percent nicer than the other room. The jacuzzi was very nice and a lot...

'The location is very convenient and close to our favorite places to visit in St. Joseph. The room we stayed in was dated, but worked for our needs. Front desk staff were very kind. Restaurant staff were not very helpful during the included breakfast and most of the food was not restocked. If you book during busy dates, it's probably best to plan to eat breakfast at one of the many cafe's or restaurants in town rather than at the hotel.'
