Honeymoon...rejected.
I reserved this room for my brother and his wife. It was their honeymoon, and they were rejected. Apparently, we booked the room too early in advance, something happened in their system, and our reservation was nowhere to be found. My brother and his wife had to walk around and look for another hotel late at night, after a long flight. It was obviously not the ideal situation for them to be in on their honeymoon, in a foreign country that they've never been to before.

Little price, big service
The location was perfect if you have organized trips set up. Most of them if not all will pick you up from the old quarter. The staff was great and very accommodating. The bed was a little stiff but good experience overall !

Nothing much to say about this property since the photos of the rooms not what in actual. My room was so small and feel like living in a matchbox no place to move around and even for mineral water we need to pay. The breakfast was worst since the buy for us outside but still free.The location was great cause its situated in the 36 street and lots of place to go around. Food wise no problems if you are non vegetarian.

Thank you for your time sharing to us. I make sure to provide information details same on website and in real. Value of each room is belongs to price similar and we are always clear all facilities, equipments and images on website. We can upgrade room if avaiable for the guest in case they needed. We hope that our offer will make them satisfied and enjoy staying here. We know that we need better inprove breakfast everyday. Thanks again for staying with us and give us the chance to upgrading room for you , better service.

Good price, nice location. Not too far from the heart of the old quarter. The only qualm i had was that the shower drain was outside the shower stall, so the water had to get take a detour to the drain. Thankfully, it did not cause the water to rise. Happy overall.

great place but i wouldnt rate it 3 stars.. more of a 2stars hotel. staff was nice and helpful.. rooms are small and window is tiny. amneties are good (soap, toothbrush.. etc) location is good too

Rommet var ikke rengjort da jeg kom, til tross for at jeg kom ca 21.15 på kvelden. Rommet var uten vindu og dusjen var veldig upraktisk (hele badet ble vått). Veldig lytt, mye bråk fra frokostsalen, som ikke akkutat hadde imponerende utvalg. Hyggelig personale.

no hot shower water
Water weak cause no hot shower water. My room is in 6th floor, lift can reach this floor and need to walk some stairs. I don's know why they did drilling wall and stuffs in the morning upstairs and I can't sleep well.

Helpful friendly staff, excellent value
My husband and I were in and out of Hanoi 3 times over the last couple of weeks and stayed here, upgrading the room size each time. They were all clean and comfortable. The only reason for the upgrades was to spoil ourselves after 3 months travel in Vietnam. The staff were very helpful in helping us organize our side trips away for a few days and keep our extra luggage. Most impressive was when we arrived at the train station at 4:00am and decided to walk the 20’ to kill time as we figured there would be a wait for check in. Not so! We were recognized on arrival, a room was available for us and we were immediately checked in. I appreciate that there may be times that the hotel would be fully booked and this would not be possible but consistently everyone was willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. It was like leaving family!

Hôtel confortable , très bon accueil .
J'avais réservé cet hôtel 3 nuits pour notre début de séjour au Vietnam .. Très satisfaits du confort , de l'amabilité du personnel , de la situation géographique et du petit-déjeuner , nous avons passé 4 nuits supplémentaires . Nous avons occupé la chambre 601 puis la chambre 501 , avec balcon donnant sur la rue . Tout fonctionne bien : climatisation , wifi , douche .Nous avons bien dormi . Le personnel est très serviable et souriant : ils nous ont réservé les taxis , ils nous ont gardé notre grosse valise pendant nos escapades à Halong , Tam cot et Saigon .

Amazing staff! We stayed there for one night and they were so kind and helpful. We left our luggages for someone to pick up on the same day but he forgot so no one contacted the hotel for 3 days (!) and yet the hotel kept our luggages the whole time! Thank you so much for that! Other then that don't expect to much, rooms were nice but as in every hotel in Hanoi - you can hear the noisy street very well (we stayed on the top floor in a room with a window). At midnight it stops as the police passes through the streets and asks for it. Hollway has a strong smell of unventilated place. Bathroom is small, but equipped and with hot water. Breakfast is served in the morning.
