'The hotel and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. The first woman told me she had written down our request. The second woman told me it was entered in our information, and the third woman told me the same and assured me we would have a refrigerator and a microwave upon arrival. We arrived...

'Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it....

'Though the resort was beautiful and clean, things we wish we were told at check in; the $10 a day credit, activity list, the service side of the do not disturb door sign (would think house keeping would be automatic unless not requested) $30 resort fee plus taxes each day!!!! Things that could be improved; free coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day, a continental breakfast. Housing keeping making sure to replace cups and coffee, and leaving only one cookie?!?!'

'At 5 am, there was staff talking very loudly in the lobby which woke me up and kept me up since our room was only 2 doors down. There was no continental breakfast set up at all. We have stayed here before and this was a low point. Please get it cleaned up and be more responsible to your customers.'

'Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer'

'They do not allow cats even though they say they are pet friendly. We got there to check in and were turned away with our pet. OMG!'

'We went for graduation. Rooms were clean. Air conditioner was working. Very convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Owner allowed us to leave our trailer in the parking lot before we checked in, so we could get to graduation on time. Even have us a gift card to Dunkin.'
