The storage closet is packed with all your beach necessities so you can travel light. It offers a remote workspace, central air and heat, a cozy electric fireplace for those cold winter nights, a fully stocked kitchen, a common courtyard and two complimentary covered parking spots to name a few. The private top-floor balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset and offers gorgeous views of the ocean, river, and harbor.
