'Clean, cozy and close to the beach and bars.'

'Apartment was super clean with plenty of space. The game room and deck on the 2nd floor were key and my kids LOVED it. 1 block to the beach and a all the fun spots Hampton Beach has to offer. Only negative is you can hear some of the music from the bars late at night if you area light sleeper. We bring a white noise machine so it wasnt a huge deal for us.'

'My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The condo/apartment is exactly as pictured. Immaculately clean. Half a block from the beach and the Hampton Beach boardwalk. Easy, responsive communication with host. Great place for adults.'

'It was wonderful! I booked this unit for my father in law for his 60th. They loved the view and enjoy the sunrise every morning and people watching at night. Perfect view for the fireworks on Wednesday! They loved their week and I think about renting this place for myself and husband! The only complaint from my in laws is the full size bed everything else 10s across the board.'

'The property was as expected, clean and well decorated, although I wouldn't recommend it for people above average height. Owner was very attentive and responded to all our inquiries quickly and courteously. All our needs were met with amenities provided and location is central to multiple beaches with a short drive or long walk. Neighborhood was pleasant and quiet aside from the one gentleman loudly expressing his displeasure about a dog and his mailbox at 6:30am. Things happen.'
