'The condo was great with a lot of activities for our teenage boys. Todd was great to communicate with through out the entire process. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was having to head back home. '

'Loved the location. Walked on the river walk every morning. Great restaurants, bars and ice cream to walk to. Only 20 min from Wrightsville Beach. Had no hot water and they immediately came that night. Noticed the water pump looked blown, so next morning they moved us to their loft toward the other end of downtown. Very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely book again. '

'Best possible stay. Most condos in the area are corporate run, but Hunt is local and even came by himself to fix a door that was off its hinges before our check in. He also let us check in early. This was amazing and we hope to be back!'

'It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...

'I have stayed at this property many times. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home. It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.'

'Had a great time staying at Summer Sands. Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, they were very responsive with any questions I had. Beach was right across the street and bars and restaurants up the block. I would definitely come back again and stay a little longer. You won’t be disappointed if you go with Summer Sands!!! '
