"We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and overall we had a really pleasant experience. The suite was spacious, with a separate kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The beds were very comfortable with good quality mattresses – we all slept really well. The room was clean, although a few things were broken, like a cracked stove top in the kitchen. It's also worth noting that there were no dishes, cutlery, or cups provided, so keep that in mind if you plan to use the kitchen. At night, there was a loud buzzing noise from the air conditioning units outside on the roof, which might bother light sleepers. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with a nice mix of (warm) Tunisian dishes, salads, yogurt, eggs, and croissants. But what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff – everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!"
