'This property is 15/20 minute drive from the main highway and we found it just as described. The property was clean. The host is onsight but you would never know. We enjoyed exclusive privacy in this bird sanctuary/botanical garden. You'll awake to beautiful birdsong and enjoy an outdoor bath among those sounds. Try to spend 1 - 2 days days in seclusion to just enjoy the property because careful thought has gone into guest enjoying a quiet relaxing visit. '

'Great, comfy beds and kitchen facilities. The bedrooms are large. Lounge needed a good clean and parking on the very busy road was challenging during mid week. There is parking available for 1 small car we both had work utes'

'The property was lovely, very private and clean with lots of unexpected bonuses such as a television with Netflix, food in the fridge, games, books, and shampoo and conditioner to use. The host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us recommendations for local sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Waikato region!!'
