Welcome to the Blue Ribbon Lodge, where “eventually all things merge into one, and a river runs through it.” Our 11+ acre lot is largely river front, giving you not just the best views of the river in the valley, but also easy access for fishing or launching your float boat onto one of the top 10 blue ribbon trout fishing rivers in the United States. We are uniquely positioned to have views out of our over-sized windows of the Bitterroot River without a neighbor in sight. The only people you will see from our house are those floating by while angling. Don’t fish? Then enjoy our brand new pickleball court for tons of fun with the family. Or enjoy the show that nature puts on right in front of our home. You will see elk, deer and an occasional moose wading through the river. The bird watching is incredible, including a majestic bald eagle who hunts the river most mornings. All of this can be enjoyed from our beautiful deck or river-front beach. A few miles up the road is the “Dutton Ranch” where the filming of Yellowstone takes place.
We have multiple decks for sitting and viewing the river, or hang out down by the river banks where we have corn hole and other yard games for you and your family to enjoy in one of the most scenic spots on earth.

We have a large living/dining area on this floor with spectacular views. The kitchen includes everything you would need to cook in (including a grill on the upper deck).
Downstairs is a 2nd living area along with 2 more bedrooms (King bed in one, 2 twins in the other), and another newly remodeled bathroom.
But be aware of the wildlife that come on our property from time to time. If you see moose, bears or mountain lions, give them plenty of space. You are in the country!
