« Les propriétaires sont très accommodants, flexibles et réactifs. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le quartier est calme et joli. Toutefois, nous avons été déçus que le jacuzzi ne soit pas chauffé et il y a une grande proximité avec la résidence des propriétaires, ce qui donne moins l'impression d'intimité. »

« Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. »

« The house was beautiful, however the booking process needs some polishing. The house was new, spotless and very close to Universal. The pool was great, overall very happy. The only knock was the booking procedures, seemed very unorganized for a resort community with nearly 600 homes. »

« First the host was awesome. Neighborhoods is awsome. Very clean and friendly. All the attractions were very close by. The house is awesome. Spacious and accommodating to all your needs. No doubt I would book again. My crew want to thank the host for a wonderful stay. »

« Nice place to stay. Lots of rooms, nice pool. Close to every attraction in Orlando. The owner is there for you when you have questions, she answered very quickly. We were there to relaxe and we were served. I recommande this house without any hesitation. Will rent again. »

« The house was as listed. Very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were definitely soft, as others have mentioned, but we found them very comfortable. The home was clean homey. We were going to a convention at the Osceola Heritage Park and the house was very close! We enjoyed our stay very much and will seek this rental out on future visits to the area. « Botanical Garden Home. It speaks loud and clear. The landscape is very beautiful. The home itself is very comfortable, pleasant, over all beautiful. The swimming pool, outside kitchen everything you'll need for a perfect get to gather with family and friends. The home is equipped with everything. All you need to do is move in. Very well updated, and clean. Hosted a few friends, and family. Perfect vacation home. Loved every minute of my time there. Most of all the home was very cool inside. »

« We came for a family vacation and to see my daughter graduate from UCF. The check in was super easy and exactly as stated in the instructions. The house was super clean and was cool as compared to the FL heat. The kids jumped in the pool immediately and spent a large part of our vacation there. The house is centrally located to the major parks/collages/Kennedy Space Center and a convent drive to Tampa as well. There are several natural springs in the area that I highly recommend for those hot...

« It was such a cozy out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay there and will book again. »

« La maison de John est parfaite pour des vacances sans soucis. Accueil très courtois et la rencontre avec John pendant notre séjour est sympathique. Nous cherchions un logement à côtés de l'université UCF. La maison était top pour cela.Le quartier est tranquille, et les voisins très gentils. Les tortues aquatiques et poissons dans la rivière sont une agréable compagnie. En somme rien à dire, si ce n'est notre regret d'être parti. Je recommande ce logement »
