Located just 20 minutes away from Disney, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa sleeps up to 6 people in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Let’s see what this home has to offer. The first thing you’ll notice when you walk into this house is that the ceilings are vaulted and the communal areas are tiled. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, views of the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms have their own TVs. The kitchen may be on the smaller side, but don’t let that fool you. This kitchen rivals any larger kitchen out there. It comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up any meal you can think of. It also has stainless-steel appliances, views of the pool, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar that has two stools. Just off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook. It has seating for up to 6, and it has glass patio doors that both let in plenty of natural light as well as let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The living room is large and ahs two tan sofas and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. You’ll love hanging out in this room on the sofas while you watch a good movie. The pool area is screened in to keep the pesky Florida bugs out. It also has a good-size pool, sun loungers, views of the golf course, and a patio table and chairs. Did we mention that this house also has free Wi-Fi?


Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
