'We left before breakfast was served, staff was amazing, room was also very clean, only issue was thw elevator with a busy signal, but things happen. Would definitely stay here again'

'It was Sunday evening and we ordered a soup and a salad (only one of each)in the dining room. It was an hour before they arrived . No explanation . We were told an old fashioned wake up call was scheduled but it never came. We had a very early appointment in Pottsboro which we made on time anyway. not the expected service for sure.'

'The couch in my room had a big dip in it and it was very hard to get out of the hotel was clean, but it needed a lot of TLC. I asked when I got to the front desk if I could get a hotel room close to the main lobby or the elevator if we had to go on another floor and she told me no that my room was down by the exit door.'
