Elevating your experience, we're excited to introduce a touch of newness to our beloved B&B this Summer of 2023. Embracing change, we've reimagined our space, unveiling fresh elements. As a visual artist, I've embarked on this creative journey, enhancing our interiors with captivating artworks that rotate every six months. Immerse yourself in an ever-evolving gallery right within our walls.

Each brushstroke tells a story, and among these stories is my creation "Tulpomania," a series of mesmerizing wall murals paying homage to the popular Tulipomania of Haarlem. It's a local touch that infuses our space with cultural resonance. Our commitment to artistic expression has become a cherished part of our guests' return visits, adding a layer of delight to every stay.

City Attic isn't just a place to rest your head; it's an immersive art experience. Our guests have consistently expressed their appreciation for the curated ambiance that engages their senses and sparks inspiration. A testament to this art-infused atmosphere, I've personally created unique wall paintings, making every corner a canvas of creativity.

Situated at the heart of the city, City Attic offers more than accommodation; it offers an aesthetic journey. Explore two luxurious suites on separate levels (1st and 2nd floors), each exuding style and luxury.

The first floor welcomes you with a spacious living room, complemented by a sleek, modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, combi microwave/oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. The plush 180x200 double bed on this level ensures your utmost comfort.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find two twin beds (2x 80x200) beneath expansive skylights that offer a remarkable view of the stars. Here, you'll also find a separate toilet, ensuring convenience and privacy.

## Neighborhood

Haarlem enjoys a perfect location, within 20 minutes of Amsterdam and with the beach as its backyard. It is not surprising that Amsterdam’s little sister is popular with both locals and visitors. From Haarlem, you can enjoy the fabulous Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, stunning country estates, seaside and Spaarnwoude recreation area. Not to forget the colourful Bollenstreek (Bulb Region) and Keukenhof gardens just around the corner.

## Transit

Getting to and around Haarlem by public transport is quite convenient. Schiphol Airport is well connected by train and will take you about 30 minutes. The capital city of Amsterdam and Zandvoort beach are both only 15 minutes away. We will share a handy website to plan your route.

By car the airport is about 20 minutes and Amsterdam 20 to 30 depending on your exact destination.

➤ Check-in time: 3pm - 7pm (for late check-in after 7pm, a 25€ fee have to be paid in cash to the local host upon arrival)
➤ Check-out time: before 10.30am
➤ Valet parking on request (> 2 nights)
➤ If you wish to book with 2 persons, but use both floors & beds in the house, please create a booking of 3 persons instead, or inform us in advance about this in advance. Extra fees might apply.
