Welcome to our beautiful APT, located just a short distance from the stunning promenade. This spacious APT is the perfect place to call home during your stay. The APT features a Maltese balcony, a traditional feature of Maltese architecture, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and 2 cozy bedrooms. The promenade offers a variety of recreational activities and breathtaking views. Whether you`re here for a holiday, or a holiday trip, this APT has everything you need.

WIFI and Air-conditioning. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals. Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. A Maltese balcony on the front, for the private use of our guests. Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, 1 is a double bed and the other is with 2 single beds. Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality. Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area. Lift available in the common parts. AC & WIFI Available

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

If you prefer using a taxi, popular apps like `Bolt,` `eCabs,` and `Uber` are convenient options for getting around.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rules can result in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During the lovely and summer season, although he does sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early check in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Check Ins are done or by one of our team or by self check in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedules are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSAPP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
