"Het waren super mooie kamers als je de up graden met balkon neemt. Het personeel was steeds vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. De zwembaden boven op het dak gaven een fantastisch uitzicht op de baai en waren zeer verzorgd De welneess zat niet mee in de kamer en in de fitness waren een aantal apparaten aan vervanging toe. Het was een super verblijf openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld dus een auto is niet echt nodig. "

"Bed was erg hard. Veel geluid overlast van deuren die hard dichtgaan en buiten werkers mensen etc. Toilet bril zag lichterlijk geel. Ontbijt broodjes oud en droog, glazen waren ook erg vies. Bij het zwembad veel engelse die hardcore muziek aanhadden en liepen te schreeuwen. Hotel deed hier niks aan. We hebben zelfs een half uur voor een dichte deur gestaan naar het zwembad toe gebeld maar kwamen niet meteen. Enigste positieve personeel erg vriendelijk. Super jammer."

"Top personeel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt prima, genoeg voor iedereen. Erg schone kamer en iedere dag schoongemaakt. Je kan er voor kiezen om dit niet te laten doen. Keuze is aan jouw."

"The concept is good en easy to use. You feel safe and comfortable. The only thing for us was the bed. It wasn’t comforting as we used to at hotels. But other than that, we had nothing to complain"

"The hotel was excellent, there were enough restaurants in the hotel for dining. The breakfast was great, especially the welcome every morning from Henry. He welcomed us every morning with a big smile. Overall a wonderful stay!"

"The apartment building was fairly close by the Hotel reception and easily found. Unfortunately, the lock of the building front door was damaged and couldn't close, so anyone could enter the building at anytime. I've reported this at the reception, so hopefully this will be repaired soon. The 5 person apartment itself was fairly spacious and well cleaned. The living room had a large table with 5 wooden chairs and a 2 person couch. Each room offered plenty of power sockets. The kitchen appliances worked well, but utensils and cutlery were lacking. To our pleasant surprise, there were two separate bathrooms. The showers were very comfortable, with clean towels, soap / shampoo and toiletpaper. The television was unplugged, because its Schuko plug doesn't fit into Maltese sockets. The WiFi coverage was decent, although internet speeds were just enough for basic web and messaging. The beds were clean and comfortable, but could use some extra blankets. There was plenty of closet storage space, with a small desk and mirror. Outside the bedrooms was a long and quite narrow balcony, behind double-glassed sliding doors. These doors sufficiently isolated outside temperatures and street noise, to enjoy a quiet night rest. During our stay, there was a one-time power failure which was resolved within the hour. Cleaning and towels were available daily, with friendly staff. In general, we were quite happy with all facilities and amenities offered and would gladly return for another stay."
