The only thing to bear in mind is that it's a very steep 15 minute walk to the tavernas and shops in Ioulida. It's honestly an effort to drag back up after dinner and i like walking. 'We can highly recommend Villa Arni, the hosts were very kind and helpful, the flat is clean and authentic greek style, with the most wonderful view of the town. Close to town and the Beach. We really enjoyed our stay there and if We ever visit Andros again, we would stay at Villa Arni.'

'It was outdated, not clean and the equipment was not there, no knives, no forks, no spoons and not enough skillets. The bathroom was outdated and dirty. The toilet could not flush properly : it took a day. The location was perfect. But it was not worth the price.'
