We turned around and reported the bugs, asked for a refund and did not stay. The receptionist was suppose to get the information for refund emailed. i have not heard a word. « The staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchen. I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues. There were lots of selections available for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in the future. »
