'Prima hotel om Philadelphia en omgeving te verkennen. Als we naar de Verenigde Staten gaan, kiezen we altijd voor een hotel van Hampton Inn. We hebben in veel ketens overnacht maar Hampton Inn voelt altijd weer als thuiskomen. We weten inmiddels wat we kunnen verwachten. De kamers zijn comfortabel en het ontbijt is meer dan prima. Genoeg variatie voor een paar weken. Ook in King of Prussia voelden we ons thuis. '

'Very clean room everything very well organized '

'I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests.'

'The roach problem was discovered on our first day at the motel. The bedding was clean but the mattress sucked. Cleaning was done only at a cursory level. Once 11:00 am rolled around, the attitude of the staff changed from bad to worse; like they couldn’t wait to see you leave. Granted, if you had a problem that would have you stay longer and gives them more money, they would begrudgingly work with you, but only so far. Then they just call the police on you. 'Room was good, staff is a different story. The best ones were the few dealt with when we checked. The older Hispanic lady was the rudest of the bunch with how she was supposed to do room service she would only ask us what we need and tell us to put the dirty towels on the cart for her'

'Breakfast menu was great. Easy quick breakfast options but very delicious. Property was very clean and staff were pleasant. Parking is right across hotel entrance which was fantastic, just about a two minute walk from where you park to lobby. Location is right on the out skirts of Philly, so very easy to get to Philly and back , no hassle. Dinner options were nice too. Overall a good pick. '

'Top locatie, met de meeste bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand van het hotel. In directe omgeving ook nog leenfietsen. Maar nadeel is dat je zonder helm op pad zou gaan. Wel hotel met conferences/weddings, ook in het weekend, maar daar heb je eigenlijk geen weet of last van. '

'Our overall stay was good till the staff keeps trying to enter my room at 7:30am and around 9am and the sign was outside the door for them to no enter ohhh and why is $12 per day to park at the hotel it should be free parking '

'This is was complete disappointment. I ended up eating the costs of just checking out early. The bar basically had nothing stocked. The restaurant menu was subpar. The bartender was unprofessional, disrespectful and abrasive. I have stayed at motels with better people and amenities than this. '
