A newly renovated and wheelchair-friendly Craftsman home only 7 blocks from the beach, Aquarium, and casinos. You’ll be in the middle of everything. Keep the charm of a Mississippi Coast home while giving you all the modern amenities needed for a great vacation. A king bed & 2 Full beds with designer mattresses, a full kitchen, laundry room and back yard, your family and friends will be able to make this home base while you explore everything Gulfport/Biloxi has to offer.

You will have access to the full home, separate laundry space in the garage, and the front and back yard.

We will be reachable at any time and are very responsive via the messaging system or via cell phone

This neighborhood is a bunch of great neighbors who have lived here for many years. We want you to feel like you’ve dropped into this amazing community. There is great restaurants walking distance, fantastic coffee shops and cafes, and its never flooded from any rainstorms or hurricanes. Basically, youve found a hidden gem.

Please note there are 3 exterior cameras apart of the professionally monitored security system and 1 camera in the separate laundry room. This is for security only. There are no cameras or audio devices in the home itself. If you have any questions about this, please ask!
House rules are straight forward. The house is old and needs to be cared for to preserve its charm. Its a rental but its also a place to be enjoyed as a home away from home. We ask you treat this as you would your own. Must be over 21 to rent the property. Children are not to be left unattended if under 18.

Visitors:
No Parties or Private events of any kind. BBQ with a couple friends - have fun. Never more than 6 visitors that are not sleeping at the house and listed as such. No more than 12 people on property at once.

Dogs:
Will consider on a case by case basis and there is a $150 Flat fee.
Dogs must be under 20lbs.
Dogs must have a crate if left alone at the house, we do not want them scratching the 80 year old doors from separating anxiety.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

If you bring an unauthorized pet, there is a $500 fee immediately assessed. We still reserve the right to cancel your reservation as large dogs can damage our home. If your reservation is canceled because of an unauthorized pet, you will not be refunded.

Cats are not allowed as Gulfport has feral cats.

Fantastic Location

The Coastal Craftsman is exactly as advertised. We couldn't have picked a better place to be near the Navy base and the Gulfport restaurant scene. The house was a perfect fit and our hosts were super resposive and accomdating. We will defintely be back if possible.

My wife and family really enjoy our stay here. This was like home and the owner/manager thought of everything for us. If we forgot something they had it for us. Adorable house exactly as listed

Everything about our stay at this cozy old house was great. The owners did a great job updating the house for modern comfort while keeping the old aesthetics and feel throughout. Location was great for getting everywhere throughout the Gulfport / Biloxi area. We rented this house for a short trip with my young sons and it was perfect. Will was very attentive and the check in and check out process was simple and easy. We would definitely rent this home again.

Great spot for a vacation

We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our honeymoon! Settled in a lovely little neighborhood in Gulfport, this beautiful and lovingly restored home is close to the beach, casinos, many wonderful restaurants and convenient fast food. We also found it a very safe stay being so close to the police station. The property is well kept, manicured and has a superb backyard with just enough privacy. Bamboo thickets provide a sense of solitude while they house many little birds that we just loved listening to. The porch is the perfect size to grill and chill on, and the provided outdoor furniture was comfortable. You’ll find new appliances, furniture, fixtures and bedding throughout. The word luxury comes to mind. You’ll also find all the amenities of home. Thoughtfully provided and placed. A fully stocked kitchen we were able to prepare a lovely meal in, a roku tv you can login to your favorite streaming services with, a large, deep set couch you can just melt into, beautiful master suite bathroom with amazing water pressure, perfect die tub, and a hot water heater that just doesn’t quit. Natural light throughout and beautiful well placed lighting fixtures means we never felt cooped up, even on our days in. A lovely little laundry house just a few steps from the back door, with its very own AC unit provided various accoutrements you’d need to do your laundry, as well as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a sandcastle kit! Further inside the home you’ll find central AC. Awesome climate control. Architecturally sound and pleasing to the eye, this home is lovely inside and out. Beautifully maintained wood floors throughout, with lush and functional rugs placed in the bedrooms, living room and hall. And CLEAN. The housekeeper and owners have gone above and beyond in that measure. Everything down to the wineglasses and spoons were spotless. Motion sensor lights and Ring cameras on the properly insure you feel safe and never have to come from the driveway to either door in the dark. For all Gulfport had to offer, we honestly found ourselves wanting to come back here to regroup and relax.

Best kept secret but I’ll share it with you! (Don’t tell anyone else)

This property is absolutely amazing and is conveniently located near everything. From your first step into the front door you will know that you’re home. Rich wood floors, bathroom finishes a spa would envy, huge dining room for family gatherings, every detail is perfectly cared for. This property will have you wishing it was your home and your actual home was the rental. But remember… let’s keep this our little secret :)
