    This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo also hosts hall bunks and a sleeper sofa!! ONLY STEPS away from putting your toes in the water! This 3rd floor condo is a dream! Sip coffee while sitting almost eye level with the rushing waves! Paradise does exist!
    This vacation condo is located in Westwind, a low density remodeled building... with plenty of room to spread out on the beach! Conveniently located close to surf shops, restaurants, entertainment and more!!
    Experience this desirable location in Gulf Shores located within walking distance to several attractions including: The Hangout, Bahama Bob's, Janino's Pizza, and Surf Shops!
    You are a short drive to Waterville, The Original Oyster House, Shrimp Basket, shopping, Go-carts, putt putt golf, grocery stores, Walmart, and more!
    Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property

    Washer/Dryer located in condo.
    White coverlets on beds are rotated and washed after each guest to ensure proper sanitizing throughout the unit!

    Check In Details
    You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
    Covered parking is for owners but beneficial for guests while loading and unloading in different weather conditions. Your parking pass is automatically added to your reservation. The parking pass will be left in the unit for your connivence. Guests are only allowed ONE parking pass.
    Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Great location. Very clean and convenient. The view was terrific. My husband spent so much time on the deck just enjoying the wonderful view. I asked a couple of questions and was answered immediately. Communication was great. We had not been to gulf shores before, very impressed. Will definitely stay here againCannot be beat!

We loved everything. Parking was great. No issues. Pool area convenient and beach access exceptional. We are seniors and the close walk was the best.No complaints! Quiet, short drive to everything we needed. Shops. Restaurants, groceries, and Golf.Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

We have gone to the beach multiple times per year for over 20 years now and I’m not sure we have stayed in a location we like better. The beach was wonderful, the rent umbrellas are set up back from the water, allowing guests to be on the front row with their own stuff, unlike many Florida beaches. Condo was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, host was great at communicating details, and unless we have to have more bedrooms, we will be rebooking for next year 100%. My only critique would be the outlets need to be replaced. I could only find two outlets in the entire condo that would hold my charger for my phone and other electronics. I jokingly told my wife next year I’m just gonna bring a screwdriver, my meter and a half dozen outlets and fix it for them lol. If that’s the biggest problem we had in our nine days day then I would say we have it pretty good. I would highly recommend this unit!

Wow, that view!

Watching dolphins from the balcony! Couldn’t be any closer to the water. Everything was so clean and comfortable and well stocked kitchen!

Peaceful vacation

Quiet and clean apartment/condo. Loved sitting on the balcony looking on the gulf, especially when I was drinking my coffee in the morning. I loved my stay, wished I could have staid longer and want to come back.

Great Condo! Great View, close to everything, beds were comfortable, plenty dishes, and towels. Would suggest a tote with extra bed linens and extra blankets in all great stay!

Beautiful location!

We stayed at this property for a month. We had a wonderful time. The view was awesome and the condo was great. The kitchen could use some updates but overall it was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Week between Christmas and New Years!

Always been on my bucket list to be on the beach the week after Christmas!! Our stay in 302 Westwind was the best! Clean, quiet, comfortable and best location on beach!! We have booked with Elite Vacation Rentals twice, far superior to other rentals in area!!
