Welcome to Gulf House 203, a recently updated condo that offers wonderful views of the Gulf.This cozy and comfortable space is perfect for a beach getaway.

Here's what you can expect from this lovely vacation rental:

Master Bedroom: This room features a king-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom, providing a comfortable and private space for relaxation.

Second Bedroom: Equipped with two twin beds, this room is ideal for kids or additional guests.

Living Room: The living room has large sliding glass doors that provide fantastic Gulf views, making it a great place to unwind. There's also a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you might need, from a coffee maker and microwave to cooking utensils and cookware.

Amenities: The condo is equipped with ceramic tile, flat-screen TVs, and comfortable furniture to make you feel at home.

Laundry: A laundry room is conveniently located just around the corner from the unit.

Parking Passes: Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. You can have up to two parking passes per reservation, allowing a maximum of two cars.

Linens: Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach towels.
Starter Set: The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

The condo its self was perfect. The only down fall was after our first night we were awaken EVERY morning at 8:00 am to the sound of power drills, jack hammers, whatever kind of tools. They were breaking up concrete and patching with new concrete, sanding, etc. This went on every day from 8:00 until around 3:30 to 4:00 pm. We couldn’t sleep in or take a nap during the day. I realize work has to be done. But we should have been given this information upon reserving the condo so we could have decided if we wanted to have this on our vacation.

Perfect size for our girl’s trip. (4 adults). We had a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our trip. Really enjoyed the view of the water from the balcony. Only complaint was the sidling glass door was a little hard to open.

The property is beautiful. The view is gorgeous from the condo. And the walk isn’t too far down to the beach. Only 2 things that I would fix is #1 the air conditioning wouldn’t stay set to where we wanted it and it got very hot at night and while we were gone to walk my daughter play softball during the day. And sheets for the pull out couch are needed.

The condo was a nice size. Fairly clean except it would have been nicer without any carpeting since you are staying on the beach. Carpet was worn. TV in the main room didn't work very well. Overall it was a nice place.

Fourth Of July Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was updated and clean. The walk to the beach is very easy. Communication was very good. The complex is older and had a few issues. The elevator went out. The grounds could have been better. The trash was not picked up while we were there. We were not able to place our garbage in the chute and the garbage room was overflowing and smelled.

Family Birthday at the beach

We enjoyed our time there. Everything was very nice, and well equipped for all of our needs. We would surely enjoy coming again to the same rental. Only complaint we had was that we had to struggle to open the sliding door, it took two hands to open, other than that it was a very nice stay.

A+ Location

Extremely clean condo with easy beach access. I loved the balcony looking into the ocean. The master bathroom was a little small for us but we swapped bathrooms with our kids and it worked just fine. After hours check in was simple. Would stay here again!

Family Stay

I was very pleased with how clean and nice this condo was. The reason we would probably choose to not stay again was: 1) the outside of the property was not very well kept compared to the interior of the condo. Examples- there was food in the pool and trash all around it the 1 time we went to get in. We did not go back after that. The fire department was called 2 different times to get trapped people out of the broken elevator. 2) this was without a doubt the loudest place I have ever tried to stay. (We do live in the country). They were empty dumpster at 7am, kids could be heard running at all times of the night, and screaming outside the rooms and halls. 3) we were packing to leave when a fight broke out... came out of the room with 2 kids and the law had the place surrounded. I loved this condo and would have loved to make this a yearly location for us, but until the property is managed better we will not be going back to this location.

Great Property

Property was as described/pictured, beds were comfortable, very quick/easy walk to the beach, fast check in, covered parking. Only thing worth noting is the master bathroom is small. I think I'm an average size person and the shower was kind of tight. Would be tough on a tall or round person. Otherwise an excellent unit, would stay here again!
