We always stay at Dolphin Villas. They are a great value for the area.. They are conveniently located to everything including an easy walk to Publix and Walmart. The condos are well kept up and feel like home.

Excellent condo. Beds/furniture comfortable, Condo well stocked. The pool was easy to walk to. The balcony off the dining room was a very comfortable outdoor escape.The photos do not do this place justice! We escaped the beach noise & most of the traffic yet still enjoyed the area and our mini vacation with family. Loved not having to fight parking issues when coming and going for supplies or when visiting family nearby.

We loved this 2nd floor apartment! It was neat as a pin when we got there. The kitchen is adequately stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. (It is teflon type cookware)Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Living room has 2 recliners that are wonderful at the end of a long day! Nice couch, too!Dining area has a high table and bars stool height stools which i don’t particularly care for. Im vertically challenged and they are difficult to get up on. There's a desk and chair if you need to work on your computer. The balcony has a small table and a couple of chairs. It faces the woods and we saw a variety of birds.We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast out there and a couple of dinners.We were so isolated from traffic that we didn't hear it! There is a grocery store in walking distance.We spent 10 days there for a church convention and were only a 1/2 mile away!The owner was very responsive to questions.We never got around to using the pool but it look lovely and we saw quite a few using it.

Good lower price tag, non-beach option

We stayed here while visiting family over spring break. The unit met our needs because it was significantly less expensive than a beachfront unit, had 2 bedrooms for our family, and we didn’t need/want all the bells and whistles with the higher price tag since we weren’t planning on spending much time at the condo. The unit was as pictured and the host was very responsive. We forgot an important item, and the host messaged us to make arrangements that day. Cons- The floor needed a scrub as our feet were dirty after walking around inside the first night. I was able to message the host to locate the mop and mop the next day. The first couple days the neighbors were loud until about 11pm.

This is a nice comfortable sized unit. The only drawbacks are having to climb the stairs to the second level and the ceiling fan in the Master Bedroom does work. The positives far out weight any drawbacks. The area is extremely quiet and most convenient. My wife is a clean freak and she was impressed. Also the Master Bed had a great mattress.

first of all, our host went above and beyond and got us an early check in which was so great since we had 2 babies! the property was near the necessities (walmart, publix, mcdonald’s, etc) and a short 3-ish min drive to the strip. everything was so clean and comfortable for all of us! will definitely come back!

Summer Family Vacation

We had the best time and the condo was perfect! Although it wasn’t on the beach it was in such a convenient location next to grocery stores and only a short drive to the state park at the beach! It was also just a few minutes from Waterville! It was super clean and perfect for my husband and I and our two young children! Highly recommend! The pool was great as well and our kids enjoyed it very much!

Quiet Condo Close to the Beach

The property owner was very responsive and let me know as soon as my condo was ready for check in (it was actually earlier than on the site! ;) The condo was beautiful, very clean (spotless actually), it was fully stocked with all the necessities. The price point was great for all that we got. It wasn’t really a walk to the beach, but we didn’t mind that. It was an easy drive. Our stay in Gulf Shires overall was awesome and we would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone!
