Overall, our stay was okay, but the condo fell short in several areas, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance.When we arrived, the parking pass was missing. Thankfully, the property management team responded quickly and handled the issue professionally, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the condo itself needed much more attention. The ceiling fans had thick layers of dust, the toilet clearly needed a thorough cleaning and bleaching, and the mattress in the primary bedroom had visible stains. The kitchen was also very under-equipped. The only skillet available was a tiny two-egg pan, and there weren’t even basic items like pot holders, making it difficult to prepare meals.The unit also showed quite a bit of wear. There were numerous scuff marks on the walls, and the sliding patio door had no exterior handle, making it difficult to use from the balcony. The lock on that door also appeared to be damaged or not functioning properly, which was concerning.These issues didn’t ruin our vacation, but for the price, we expected a cleaner, better-maintained condo with the basic kitchen essentials provided. With a deep cleaning, some routine maintenance, and a few inexpensive kitchen additions, this property could provide a much better experience for future guests.
