• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note that the City of Gulf Shores prohibits pets on public beaches and within designated public beach access areas, in accordance with city ordinance
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Beach Access: Deeded beach access available across the street.
• Monthly Stays: Monthly reservations are welcome during December, January, and February.
• Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, depending on the size.
• Professional Management: Grand Caymus is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
