Located on the Beach - within walking distance to PINK PONY, SEA-N-SUDS, the Hangout, the Gulf State Pier, jet skis, parasailing, kayaks, banana boat rides, mini-golf. Has a large private balcony overlooking the Gulf. This professionally decorated condo is where you want to be for your next beach vacation! It is convenient to dining, a grocery stores, shopping, and various entertaining activities. There is a large zero entry outdoor pool with new furniture. You will have access to the fitness center and sauna, office area, and grilling area. Besides a great building and great location, the Condo itself is spacious with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. The master has a King-size bed with a great Gulf view and access to the balcony. The private bath has double vanity sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a separate tile shower, and walk-in closet. The front bedroom on the left has a King-size bed with a private full bath and closet. The front bedroom on the right has two twin beds with access to the main full bath. Each room has a flat screen TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, pantry, granite countertops, double stainless steel sink, toaster, casserole dishes, pots and pans, and coffee maker-a Mr. Coffee and Keurig single cup. It also has a bar with 4 stools for dining. The open floor plan allows for a great view from the kitchen. The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs if you choose to dine in. There is a Dinnerware place setting for 6 with an unbreakable (kid-proof)set in the cabinet. A wet bar with a granite countertop is located near the living room for convenience. The living room has a very comfortable couch and loveseat. Both have a great view through the floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony door. It has a 46" screen TV with a DVD player. A washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are located behind double doors in the hallway. The A/C unit has a cleaning system attached to it for those with allergies. Free Wi-Fi. Last but not least - the Balcony. There is plenty of room on this spacious balcony overlooking the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolphins swim, the boats sail, or just relax with a magazine or book. "Paradise On the Beach " is here waiting for you to experience a beach paradise!

Fabulous Location

The condo was in the perfect spot! Easy beach access. The security guards were great and the parking lots were well observed, The condo was very clean and the property manager was a joy to speak to. It is just the right walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

Excellent Stay

Our condo was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had NO problems at all. In fact, the ice maker wasnt working and Paula informed me of this before our arrival. She had bought a countertop ice maker to be sure that we had ice!! Hopefully I can book the same condo next year.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Great visit! Condo was clean and cheerful, view was superb! Close to everything. Plenty of space for all four us. Host quickly responded to any questions I had. Parking and check in were easy. Host provided me with info on renting beach chairs and umbrellas which I highly recommend. Our chairs and umbrellas were set up and waiting for us each morning. It was a great getaway for us!

A piece of paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. It was walking distance to a few restaurants and places we went. Paula, the hostess, is wonderful! She was available to answer a few questions we had and told us to let her know if we had any problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our little family!

My family of four fit perfectly here! We stayed during spring break and I was concerned about Spring breakers initially, but they screen their guests well. The condo was clean, well stocked, and easy to access. Communication with the manager about general questions was easy and she responded quickly. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be saving this one for future trips!

Beyond expectations

I’ve stayed at several condos on in GulfShores, but this place has much more to offer. The view was beautiful! The sunrises were unbelievably gorgeous. The location was absolutely perfect and convenient to all of GulfShores amenities as well as a short drive to Orange Beach. I found the Gulf waters in front of the condo to be an amazing crystal emerald green. Check in was easy as was purchasing the parking passes and printing them. I liked that there was great security inside the complex that views monitors and makes rounds. Communication with the mower was quick and easy with timely responses. The balcony was oversized and allowed for dining and lounging. I would definitely recommend this rental property based on years of comparisons to similar rentals in the area.
