    This beach front 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is in walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants.



    In the laundry room there is are 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach wagon for your use.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our time very much! There was a mix-up with the cleaning schedule, but the owner was fast to get it rectified. The unit didn’t feel too fragile for my small children, which was nice (some places have so many breakable decorative pieces that I’m on edge the whole time, worrying that my children will break something). The splash pad at the pool was 100% worth it for us because of how it entertained the kids. We would stay again!

Great beach stay!

The condo was very clean, in a great location, and had everything we could have wanted/needed. Beach toys, a wagon, a clean Keurig, adult and kid dishes, etc. We were able to see dolphins swimming every morning from the balcony, a short walk to watch college beach volleyball, and lots of great restaurants in walking distance. We were very happy with the cleanliness and stay - best condo on the beach we have stayed in! We weren’t quite able to see the actual sunrise or sunset but the colors were gorgeous from the balcony and the beach was right out elevators to go down and watch it. We will be back!

Great location!

This condo was perfect for our group of 8. (4 adults, 4 kids) Easy beach access. Pool and splash pad for the kids. Great view off the balcony of the beach. There was a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys there for us to use. The kids had their own room with bunk beds and a smart TV and both other rooms had a king size bed and their own smart TV. A kitchen fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Washer and dryer. There were lots of places to go eat within walking distance. A small market across the street for anything you may need. My only advice is if you drive a larger vehicle try to park out front instead of in the parking garage. You have more space to open your doors. Overall we had a great stay at seawind 501!

Not really a “5 Star Experience”

We had a great time on our trip. However, we had a few concerns that we thought other renters may want to be aware of…1. There were a few issues with how clean it was when we came in. Hair in the bathroom, stains on comforter and shower curtain. That kind of thing. 2. The wagon is very difficult to pull…corroded wheels. I basically had to just lift the front end as I pulled to make it work. 3. None of the beach chairs were worth anything. Most of them would just lay flat as soon as you sit back on them. One or two of them would at least hold you at a steep angle, but definitely not worth it. Bring your own chairs! 4. We were supposed to provide our own toilet paper and garbage bags, but this wasn't communicated to us until two hours before check-in. It would have been better to bring them from home than to buy them locally. 5. The ice maker did not work the whole time we were there. So we had to buy ice several times. They had someone come look at it, but nothing was done to accomodate our inconvenience. 6. Since the unit is on the East end of the building where it bends back, half the view from the balcony was of the next building and off the street. The half that showed the beach was nice, but we never did get a chance to hear the waves because all we could ever hear was the splash pad just below. Overall, we did have a great time at the beach. Next time, I think we will find a different place to stay. Also, emailed all of these concerns to owner with no response. :(

Great condo

The property was wonderful. Well stocked Kitchen. Nice thing refrigerator. We didn’t have any complaints about our condo. However Seawinds could do a few things to update. They do need some new grills, a few picnic tables would be nice, and finally the pool situation could be improved.

The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great location. Due to severe weather, I requested a late check-out the day of, which was granted without any hassle. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Very accommodating

This was a great condo for our family. It was very neat and organized. The owner was great to work with and easy to communicate with. I was impressed the condo also had a pack n’ play and beach chairs and a beach umbrella for our use.

Nice place. No issues. Would stay again.

Nicely appointed and well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was in working order and well kept. Towels and linens were good. Furniture and the bed were comfortable. Appliances were decent. TVs look brand new. Parking and elevators were not an issue as some others stated. The balcony faces southeast so it had nice morning sun and shade in the afternoon. The 0400 dumpster emptying everyday is a bit ridiculous, but nothing the host can do about that. Otherwise it was a quiet building. There was a Swifter, but no pads. It would have been nice to mop the floors ourselves before the stay as they could have been cleaner. Don't look under the beds if you are a clean-freak. The shared bathroom toilet plugs very easily, but the master was fine. The master bedspread could stand to be laundered, had other's hair on it. All in all it is a very nice place with good communication from the host and we would stay again.
