Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, etc! Great location in the heart of Gulf Shores! Central location on East 2nd Avenue right off of Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway). Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. 2 bedrooms (1 king/ 1 queen) and 1 full bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Sun deck.
Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, mini golf, activities, festivals, and the main public beach. Quick and easy drive to other local attractions including Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores Zoo, Waterville USA, outlet shopping, OWA Amusement Park, etc.

This property was perfect for our stay in Gulf Shores. It was walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Mikee’s . It was close enough to the State Park to ride our bikes from the property to the trails in the park. There is also a nice dog park about a mile away for our fur babies to enjoy.

We rented both units. Both were a little aged, but clean. We stayed in unit B and the girls stayed in unit A. We rented both units so we could bring our pups. Originally we had 5 small pups and 6 of us. One of the pups had to get put down before our visit and my mother in law had to go back to Mexico for a medical visit so we were one less pup and one less person for the trip. The location was extremely convenient. We walked most of the time. The pups did not like the sandspurs, but across the street was a sandspur free area to walk them and easily able to clean up after them. No complaints and we had a wonderful time and definitely recommend. My wife plans on texting the owner some suggestions, but really no complaints and would definitely return.

Great location, absence of empathy towards allergy sufferers.

We checked in at 4 and were immediately hit by a strong odor from an oil-based Febreze air freshener plug-in that filled the entire house. My husband suffers from severe asthma and allergies, which led us to reach out to the owner for assistance. She quickly asserted that there were no air fresheners present and suggested we simply air out the place. We even offered to send her photos of the plug-in as proof. Following her recommendation, we removed the air freshener and set it on the deck, then spent over an hour in our sweltering car with our dogs, but the chemical scent continued to pervade the home. Ultimately, we had to inform her that staying there was not feasible, which we communicated around 5:30 PM. We were left unsure of our next steps since she didn’t respond until 10 PM, showing little concern for our situation as we had nowhere else to go. At that point, she suggested sending her cleaning team the next morning. In the meantime, we had to secure alternative lodging at our own expense. The following day, she claimed that her cleaners found no indication of air fresheners, despite having instructed us to remove it initially. Given the circumstances, we had to find other accommodations. She refunded the pet fee and cleaning costs, she refused to consider a refund for even a single night due to the lingering odor. I truly hope that if you face a similar situation in the future, she will exhibit more understanding than she did with us.

Affordable, modest location

Not the fanciest place we've stayed but very reasonably priced and location was near to events we were attending. The interior is showing some wear and tear but was clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable (I would rate mattresses as medium firmness). As others mentioned, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would help with comfort. We will likely stay here again next time we are in town for an event.

We loved being able to walk everywhere especially to the beach. The property is clean. I will say that you definitely need to bring extra toilet paper and towels. Other than that, we look forward to booking again.
