Located on the southwest corner of Phoenix All Suites, the perfect spot for a full view of the gulf coast sunsets, this 1-bedroom 1.5-bathroom suite sleeps six.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. The location is great but that’s all that’s great. The condo company needs to hire a new cleaning crew. Our condo had stains on the couch, blood on the sheets, just absolutely dirty.

Great views, great location, but not a clean place!

The location is great and the view is awesome, but that was about it. The room was dirty. We had to ask for clean sheets when we arrived. They never came to our room to clean when they said they would. We were so disappointed.

Perfect for what we needed

Came to Gulf Shores to meet with a real estate agent about buying property in the area. We needed a place to stay for two nights and decided to book this room because of the location and proximity to the beach. Check-in was extremely easy and the room suited us just fine.

Location. Location. Location.

Perfect location; a lot of restaurants and shops with in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable condo. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Enjoyed the live music from The Hangout from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

I love this location because it is close to everything you need and a beautiful view of the beach. I only have one request and that is the elevators. There is no air flow and when it is full and stopping on multiple floors you just can't breathe in there. Maybe some sort of air flow could be added. Great location and we had a blast. Thank you!

Beautiful view! Nice Staff and right on the beach!

The view was beautiful! We stayed on the 9th floor and the elevators were awful, they were very slow and sometimes didn't open. We took the stairs when we could, we have little ones so sometimes it was difficult. My husband smokes and there is no smoking so he would have to walk down 9 flights of stairs to smoke a cigarette in the parking garage. The pool was dirty both times we went to swim in it. The room was nice, but there were lots of dirty spots on the walls around the bunk beds and in the main bathroom. There were signs telling us not to turn the refrigerator on high yet the frig was on high so all of our food got wet when I put it on the correct temperature. There were also notes in the bathroom about asking us to reuse our towels to save water and energy which is fine, but for over $300 a night, Im using a clean towel! The laundry room had no place to make change and only 3 washer and dryers and 1 set was out of order so I had to wait in line to do laundry. The staff was very nice and the property was very clean on the outside.
