Guests have exclusive access to the entire home (owner’s closet located in trundle room closet)

Smart-lock self check-in; access code and address provided 24 hours before arrival

-No parties, smoking, or drugs on the premises

-No excessively loud music

-Guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian

-No third-party bookings or unregistered guests

Regular pest control is maintained; however, Florida insects may occasionally enter

Extended Stays & Pets

Long-term stays and snowbirds welcome (stays over 20 days require a mid-stay cleaning fee)

Pets accepted case by case with prior approval

$150 pet fee per pet, per trip (supports enhanced cleaning for future guests)
