It is an easy base for everything Guildford offers. You are within a short walk of the cobbled High Street, the riverside, the theatre and a wide choice of restaurants and independent shops. London Road station is close by, with direct trains to London Waterloo, and the A3 puts the rest of Surrey and the south coast within easy reach.



The home works equally well for couples, small families, business stays and visitors to the University of Surrey, Royal Surrey hospital and the Cathedral. Everything is kept simple and hands off, so you can settle in and enjoy your stay.



The Space:

The flat is arranged over two floors and works well for couples, families and longer stays. Downstairs you have a bright sitting room and a modern open plan kitchen and breakfast room with everything you need to cook and relax. Upstairs there are two comfortable double bedrooms and a family bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. Outside you have a private garden and your own off street parking space.



Guest Access:

You have the whole flat to yourself, both floors, the private garden and one off street parking space. After booking you will receive a link to your guest portal with everything you need, and your check in details are sent shortly before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link to your own guest portal. It brings everything together in one place, from step by step check in details and the wifi, to our own local guide with the best places to eat, things to do, events on while you are here and the spots we would happily send our own friends to. The practical bits are all in there too, like parking, how the appliances work and checkout, so you can settle straight in and enjoy the area without hunting around for answers.

If you would like to add a few extras, just let us know. We can arrange early check in, a later checkout, a welcome gift basket on arrival, and we are always happy to talk through bringing a pet along. Whatever would make the stay more comfortable, we will do our best to sort it.



Before Your Stay



To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we ask all guests to complete a few simple steps before check-in. After making your reservation, you will receive a separate link to complete everything in one place. This is a separate process from your accommodation payment and includes:

• Completing a quick identity verification

• Choosing your preferred damage protection option



You can choose one of the following:



£500 refundable security deposit - returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue.



OR



A non-refundable damage waiver

Charged at £20 per day, up to a maximum of £45, depending on the length of your stay. The damage waiver helps cover minor accidental damage.
