'I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Starting with the extremely welcoming team, she was very nice an amazing smile and very helpful. Made us feel at home. Communication was easy and they were very accommodating and resourceful. Place was in a great location, super clean, and very spacious. We were in the penthouse so really enjoyed the skylights.'

'The neighborhood was very nice and quite and you can easily get to the apartment by Tramway or subway.'

'Airco defect'

Gewoon goed.'

'We received a complimentary upgrade to comfort rooms with ‘renovated bathrooms’. Our shower had a bad drainage and water was overflowing and covering the entire bathroom and getting outside. We did visit Milan during an extreme heatwave, but the airco was far too loud and just barely enough to cool a room when you’re sitting (or lying) still. The rooms were too small. The breakfast was ok, again had just enough choice, but nothing we would come back to. The staff were very kind.'
