'This is not the building where we ended up staying. We arrived here and they had no record of our reservation. I reached out through VRBO to the host with no response. Thankfully the doorman at the building in this listing was able to give me the phone number of the person who hosts the rental. She told me that she was instead putting us in a building a block away. 'I wanted to like this space but there were a few things that were really disappointing. First, when we arrived the location instructions were super confusing and ended up taking us to the wrong spot. Then as I was looking for the check in instructions from our host there were none and had to message the host for them. Because we were overwhelmed with trying to figure out where we were and if we were in the right space I didn't see the host replied to my question about the check in instructions...
