'I'm going to be fair and balanced on my review. First, the check-in was very antiquated, using fill in the blank forms and lack of awareness of who the guests are. Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. After going through all the steps the reception is asked me for payment, which had already been made through the orbits platform....

'Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast. Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient. Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests'

'Where do I begin? Well, let's start with the most obvious and important thing: the warm hospitality my wife and I received from the 100% Premium staff. Speaking of the hotel, I found it fascinating. The excellent decor and the combination of rustic and metal materials create a very welcoming, medieval feel. The breakfasts were also very good. The fantastic location close to great restaurants and shopping etc. I recommend it 100%. 5 stars.'
