Welcome to our tiny house, a cozy farm stay QLD getaway in the foothills of Mt Tamborine. This farm stay drops you in the midst of wildlife, birdsong, and expansive views. Experience the charm of connecting with horses and peacocks, and experiencing koalas and wallabies, while exploring the area's natural beauty. Conveniently located between Coolangatta and Brisbane airports, close to Gold Coast beaches, we offer an authentic and peaceful retreat with no shortage of nature and wildlife.



The Space:

Tiny house is located just a 35-minute drive from Gold Coast beaches. With scenic views of Mt Tamborine and Eagle Heights in the foreground, your elevated tiny home overlooks a subtropical orchard, horse paddock, and surrounding mountainsides. Explore nearby attractions like the The Gold Coast Motor Museum, Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk, Gallery Walk, and Glow Worm Caves, or visit Gold Coast Wake Park, the Fox and Hound Hotel, numerous wineries, or swim in the local waterhole for an authentic Queensland getaway.



A comfortable, 139-square-foot accommodation is set in serene natural bushland, in one of the best tiny house locations available. You'll find waiting for you, a comfortable bed, the freshest rainwater, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, excellent bathroom facilities, and a BBQ. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and a gas heated shower.

Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny house and the immediate area. Upon arrival, we are happy to welcome you and provide an overview of the property, including which areas are private. As we have horses on-site, we kindly request that gates are kept closed at all times please.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

It is located just 35 minutes from some of the best beaches in the world. Come feel a different rhythm of life. Surrounded by the romantic beauty of the hinterland, this rural area reflects a laid-back, down-to-earth charm. Your day will be framed by hidden creeks and eucalyptus forest as far as the eyes can see.



The close proximity to Tamborine Mountain (7 min) adds access to local artisans, beautiful bush-walks, and an established wine, food and coffee culture. As well are close proximity to all the Gold Coast shire has to offer.

- The Gold Coast Motor Museum located on 12 acres just 12 mins away, offers a early opening well priced restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Explore an amazing private collection of 75 cars and bikes spanning from 1911 to 1988.

- Tree Tops Adventure is Australia's largest high ropes adventure park.

- Fox & Hounds Country Inn is located at the base of the beautiful Tamborine Mountain, only a 15 minute drive Gold Coast's only authentic English Pub, and the only pub in Australia to have actually been transported from Tunbridge Wells England! Features four themed rooms authentically decorated: English, Irish, Tudor and Scottish and delicious food to match.

- The Coomera Lodge Hotel established in 1885, features an undercover pavilion, expansive open air beer garden entertainment, overlooks the Coomera River with a delicious menu and a courtesy bus servicing our area.

- Gold Coast Wake Park is a premier destination for water sports enthusiasts, offering a range of wakeboarding experiences for all skill levels. The park features a world-class cable system, an aqua park for families, and a pro shop.

- Gallery Walk on Tamborine Mountain is a street lined with over 70 specialty shops with various art, jewellery, gifts, crystals, clothing and exceptional crafts, wine tasting, fudge shops, and handmade goods.

- Glow Worm Caves presents a special underground experience where you can view glow worms up close in a purpose-built habitat. The guided tour takes you through the caves, providing fascinating insights into these bioluminescent creatures.

- Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk is an eco-adventure destination. You can explore the rainforest canopy on elevated walkways. Located on 30 acres of private rainforest near Cedar Creek on Mt Tamborine, this adventure merges nature with education.

By Public Transport:



- There is no public transport available in this area.



By Flight:



- The nearest airport is Gold Coast Airport, approximately 45 minutes by car (50 km). Brisbane Airport is also accessible, around 1 hour and 15 minutes by car (85 km).



Other Things to Note:

- Wifi is not available

- Gas BBQ Grill is available

- Not suitable for children

- Smoking is not allowed on the property

- Keep noise levels down as sound travels easily

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Some fences are electric or barbed wire—be careful

- Mobile reception has a good signal for all telco lines

- Do not bring candles, drones, pets, loud generators, loud music, slingshots, or motorbikes

- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)

- Bring all you need, take it with you when leaving, don't dig, report broken glass, and leave no trace

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Drive slowly to avoid hitting wallabies, peacocks, and other wildlife. Stay alert for animals and horse riders Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife and birdlife is present in the surrounding areas. Don't approach or feed the farm animals or horses; they can be unpredictable. You can connect with them during feeding times when we are present

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
