The Space:

Designed for easy days between ocean breezes and redwood strolls, this 1-bedroom + loft, 1-bath home is a comfortable base for couples, small families, or a few friends. The loft opens through sliding glass doors to a private balcony with peaceful forest views—perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. When you’re not out exploring, gather for a board game night and take advantage of the outdoor seating to soak up the quiet, rural setting near the ocean.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No overnight street parking is allowed.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the loft area.

• WiFi & cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural Sea Ranch location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Beach access: There is no direct beach access from the property. You’ll be minutes from the Gualala Bluff Trail and a short drive to beaches and additional trails at Gualala Point Park.
