'It was a pleasure to stay once again in this superb hotel. Very traditional with an excelent service, bar and restaurants. The spa is magnificent with an indoor pool and a heated area outside. Free shuttle service to Gstaad including from and to the train station.'

'Lovely hotel except for the attitude of the owner/manager. In the restaurant at dinner (2nd November) he greeted all other guests, but coming to our table, looked us up and down rather disparagingly, and didn't even say good evening. My husband and I are in our late 60s, perfectly dressed, and are not used to being insulted in this way. The rest of the staff were a delight!'
